Stop Fixing. Start Building.
How I walked away from the healing loop, reclaimed my gifts—and why you must do the same.
There comes a moment where you have to stop.
Stop meditating on the same problem.
Stop journaling your trauma into the same page.
Stop confusing awareness with action.
I know this loop intimately, because I lived inside it for years.
It was wrapped in goddess codes, nervous system resets, healing containers, and divine timing.
It sounded holy. It felt deep.
But truthfully?
It was just another way to delay my power.
Let me take your hand for a minute.
Not as a coach. Not as a brand.
But as a woman who woke up one day and realised:
“I’ve been worshipping the version of me that always needs healing.”
Every program I bought...
Every ritual I did…
Every journal prompt I wrote…
Was keeping her alive.
And because I was so busy trying to fix her, I couldn’t see the version of me who was already whole.
Already powerful.
Already equipped.
Your Gifts Are Already Complete
The truth hit me like lightning:
“God already gave me the currency I need.”
Not later. Not after more shadow work. Not once I cleared another block.
Now.
Your gifts.
Your talents.
Your wisdom.
Your lived experience.
That’s your code.
And when it’s codified and structured, it becomes an asset.
A business.
A ministry.
A magnet.
Not woo. Not hype.
Truth.
The Loop Is Clever
And it’s everywhere.
Even the spiritual world will sell you the idea that doing is masculine, and therefore wrong.
That you must just be, and let it all flow.
But let me say this clearly:
Without doing, nothing moves.
Without structure, nothing holds.
Without clarity, your purpose dies in your notes app.
This idea that action is toxic?
That drive is a trauma response?
It’s keeping brilliant women and men in spiritual sedation.
Softly chanting while their gifts go unlaunched.
Burning sage while their business burns to the ground.
Sorry, not sorry.
I Walked Away and Found Freedom
I walked away from it all.
The healing hamster wheel.
The guru codes.
The promise of another modality that would finally “unlock” me.
And do you know what happened when I did?
I started to build.
From peace.
From stillness.
From clarity.
The insomnia vanished.
The confusion lifted.
And I finally saw that I wasn’t broken.
I was untapped.
This Is What I Show My Clients
When I sit down with a client and we map out his/her offer - from his/her gifts, from his/her truth, from his/her actual lived wisdom, something holy happens.
He/She sees it.
Not just a list of skills.
Not just a marketing angle.
But his/her value codified.
And 99% of the time?
He/She is in awe. Sometimes tears flow from the release that he/she is enough.
Not because it’s sad.
But because, for the first time, he/she can finally see himself/herself outside of the loop.
And once you see yourself clearly, you can never go back to pretending you're broken.
You Still Need Being - But You Must Add Doing
I’m not saying bypass your pain.
I’m not saying hustle.
I’m saying:
Let’s stop using “being” as a hiding place.
There is a version of you that knows she’s ready.
There is a version of you that is sick of the loop.
There is a version of you that doesn’t need one more course to prove she’s enough.
She’s not waiting for a download.
She’s waiting for a decision.
So Here’s the Invitation:
Stop fixing.
Start building.
Get clear.
Get structured.
And don’t let the soft tones of spiritual delay rob you of your divine assignment.
Because the longer you stay in the loop…
The longer your gift goes unactivated.
The longer your code stays buried.
The longer your clients go unseen, because you’re too busy healing to show up.
This is not about urgency.
It’s about remembrance.
You already have what you need.
Now let’s codify it.
Let’s productize it.
Let’s build something that actually reflects the truth of who you are.
And no, you don’t need another healing to get there.
You need a clear mirror.
You need structure.
You need to move.
I’m here to walk with you when you’re ready.
